Hyper Real Photography

An exploration into the world of large format photography through design and 3d printing. During the course of a semester I designed a functioning large format camera system by using iterative design. Every week I traveled with the camera using it to make photographs and collect data to improve the design of the camera. After weeks of photographing and designing I gathered my experiences into a book showcasing the images and design of the camera. Along with a book, I kept a weekly blog showing my progress with the camera and sharing stories of using it in the wild.
